When I say ALL overweight people know all of the above; chances are I'm spot on! As someone who is a bit overweight, I know how to eat healthily. The problem with most (I certainly am one of them) overweight people is not necessarily eating too much, as much as eating the wrong foods. I LOVE bread; a taboo most of the time though. I could literally live on bread! I know I need a balanced diet which includes enough fiber, water and exercise which is what I practice; does not mean I like it...
