Could the green coffee beans chlorogenic acids be the key to burning fat faster and living a longer healthier life?
Well lets first take a look at how the two key ingredients present in green coffee bean extracts may have a profound effect on your diet.
Svetol
Svetol is an all active ingredient which contains the extracted chlorogenic acids from a mixture of plants which help burn fat stores faster, break down fatty tissue present in the blood and also prevent high rich calories from being digested after a meal.

After testing out additional fat blockers or binders in the past which restrict say 15% to 20% of the fats you digest, they don't really have an impact on your metabolism or the build up of fatty tissue.
Plus they are only designed to block fats not carbs, so you have to be aware of your current diet before attempting to use a weight loss supplement.
Bottom line:
Green coffee however is somewhat different, there are no side-effects, it gradually eats away at those fatty deposits and if you were to workout hard then there's no doubt it could have a more significant impact than it's having with me, having lost 8lbs in three weeks with no real change to my diet and limited exercise.
